In industrial production such as medicine, electronics, chemical industry, microbial fermentation, blow molding, and pressure testing, as well as in power stations, ships, military, and national defense facilities, many medium-pressure oil-free water-lubricated compressors of 1.6 to 4.0 MPa are used.

At present, piston air compressors are mostly used in China and even internationally. However, piston air compressors have large vibrations, high noise, large leakage, and short lifespan. Therefore, they have low efficiency and large gas production. The same power is smaller, while the medium-pressure oil-free screw machine has a compact structure. Medium-pressure water-lubricated compressors have the characteristics of high working efficiency, low noise, small vibration, easy maintenance, low operating costs, and good air quality. At the same time, this series of machines adopts a microcomputer control system, and the whole machine is equipped with multiple protection functions such as pressure, temperature, and overload.
